These accomplished members collectively steer our initiative, ensuring each event offers a unique blend of intellectual enrichment and spiritual camaraderie. With diverse backgrounds, they embody the ethos of St. Philip Neri, championing joyful fellowship and thoughtful dialogue.
Founder
Fr Anthony Crook
Fr Anthony Crook, hails from Canowindra, NSW and is an alumnus of UNSW, and part of the academic staff at the University of Notre Dame. He is currently a chaplain in the Royal Australian Navy and serves as the priest to Columbkille’s Catholic Parish in the diocese of Wollongong.

Fr Andrew Doohan

Fr Andrew Doohan is a priest of the Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle, currently serving as Parish Priest of the Parishes of Dungog & Gresford. He has previously served in a number of pastoral and administrative roles, including as Dean of Sacred Heart Cathedral, Newcastle, and Vicar General to the late Bishop Bill Wright. Since 2012, Fr Andrew has acted as Bishop’s Master of Ceremonies and is also active as an Honorary Chaplain to NSW Police and Chaplain to St John Ambulance.

Fr Don Richardson

Fr Don was ordained in 1992 and served in a range of pastoral roles as Assistant Priest in several Sydney parishes and the cathedral, and has also at various times been the Archbishop’s Master of Ceremonies, the Director of Pastoral Formation at the seminary, and the Director of the Archdiocesan Liturgy Office. He was Parish Priest of Dulwich Hill and later of Woollahra, and Archbishop Anthony asked him to take the position of Dean of St Mary's Cathedral in January 2016.

Dr Thomas Gleeson
Dr Gleeson, a Sydney native and University of Sydney alumnus, majored in Latin with a keen interest in Ancient Greek and Classical Literature before venturing into medicine at ANU Medical School, graduating in 2011. His extensive medical training spanned several hospitals across New South Wales, culminating in a Fellowship in Clinical Haematology in early 2023. Now a Clinical Haematologist in central-west and western New South Wales, Tom balances his professional life with his personal joys of gardening, trail running, and bushwalking, alongside his wife and two sons.

Graham Beal
Graham Beal, with a rich background in human resources and safety management, currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology, part of Sonic Healthcare, in Sydney. His career has spanned various leading roles, including HR Director for International SOS, where he oversaw functions across the Pacific, and Director of People and Culture at Sydney Catholic Schools, managing a vast team. Graham's expertise has been instrumental in shaping HR and safety practices across multiple sectors, demonstrating his capability to manage and support large, diverse teams effectively.

Benjamin Frasco

Ben is an urban planning consultant at Mecone, a casual member of the academic staff at the University of Technology, Sydney, and a husband and father. His expertise is in managing complex State-significant developments. His leadership extends to the Young Leader's committee of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and as policy lead at Street Level Australia. Additionally, he is a bush firefighter with the NSW Rural Fire Service.
